Usually, we receive complaints regarding the mixed option on the product page before adding it to your cart and finally checking out.

Consequently, in the event that you place an order and, following payment, determine that you are dissatisfied with the flavors offered for the mixed option, you may request a complete refund, which will be promptly credited to the original account from which the payment was made; on the other hand, if the order has already shipped or been delivered and you would prefer not to receive the flavors, you may request that a new package be sent to you or insist on receiving your full refund, which will be credited to the original account details from which the initial payment was made during the order fulfillment process. If your order was delivered the same day in The Bronx, Queens, Harlem, or any surrounding area of New York and you would like a refund or a new pack, it will be sent immediately to the original payment account.
